Medic 3 responded to the 37.6 SB of I-81 for a report of a vehicle in the median with injuries. Upon arrival, found a sedan that had struck the guardrail and rotated in to the median facing SB traffic. Two occupants still inside the vehicle stated uninjured. Stood by for traffic control.
