Company 3 responded to Colecrest Drive for hay bales on fire near a brushy area. Upon arrival, found four hay bales  smoldering. Contact with property owner revealed were purposely burning. Bales were unrolled to allow them to burn faster. Stoodby until they were almost extinguished. Left with the property owner on scene.
