Company 3, along with Smyth County Public Safety, responded to a tractor-trailer accident at the 34.3 SB of Interstate 81.  Upon arrival, found a tractor-trailer upright off the right shoulder embankment. Moderate damages noted to the tractor after striking a concrete barrier. No injuries or any hazards noted.
