Company 3 responded to a traffic accident at 39.8 SB Interstate 81. Upon arrival, found an overturned tractor trailer with occupants still inside the cab, uninjured. The windshield was removed with a glassmaster and reciprocating saw to allow the occupants to exit.  SCPS and VDEM were contacted for cleanup, as there was approximately 160 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the Northbound lanes and into the median. A TRIPS call was made and Abingdon Collision and Towing responded to begin site cleanup.
