Company 3 responded to a traffic accident at the 36.2 SB of Interstate 81. Prior to arrival, was notified that a vehicle was on fire. Upon arrival, found a passenger vehicle fully involved in flames after striking the rear of a tractor-trailer.  Extinguished. No injuries were reported.
