Company 3, along with Medic 4, responded to a traffic accident at the 37.1 NB of Interstate 81. Upon arrival, found a SUV on its passenger side with three occupants involved. Two passengers had self-extricated and were transported to the ED.  The driver, a fatailty, had to be extricated and transported.
